*Job Title:* Senior Security Engineer *Location:* US-MO-Kansas City *Contract Length: * 6 months *Location: Kansas City, MO* *Overview:* *Job Description: * - Administering the firewall environment, making firewall rule changes, reviewing firewall logs and building and deploying new firewalls; - testing and configuring intrusion prevention systems, reviewing IDS/IPS logs; - analyzing malware; - applying patches to various types of assets, including switches, windows and Unix - upgrading security tools such as Data loss prevention systems, vulnerability management systems, security intelligence and analytics, security information and event monitoring tools; - performing policy reviews, writing procedures, updating documentation; - participating on project design teams; - auditing user access, auditing firewall rules; - ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance activities; - other tasks as identified. *Qualifications:* - Experience (typically gained from 8-10+ years) working in Information Security - Experience (typically gained from 3-5 years) installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and monitoring Checkpoint firewalls (additional Palo Alto firewall experience desired) - Experience (typically gained from 2-4 years) configuring and adminstering IDS/IPS systems (IBM Proventia preferred, but not required) - Experience (typically gained from 1-2 years) working with FireEye - Familiarity with patch and vulnerability management, preferably on both Microsoft Windows and UNIX operating systems - Familiarity with Checkpoint DLP desired - Familiarity with Splunk desired - Extensive experience with Microsoft Visio - Extensive experience with ITIL Incident Response and Problem Management - Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, common TCP/UDP protocols, DNS/DHCP configuration and troubleshooting, and typical e-business protocols (e.g. HTTP/S) - Experience managing technical security projects desired (installation and configuration, primarily) - Experience with technical design and implementation greatly preferred *Desired Education:* Bachelor's Degree preferred *Desired Certifications:* CISSP preferred Other technical security (Checkpoint, Palo Alto) or network certifications preferred Thanks and Regards, Tina B 309 200 2039 (Direct) 866 SD LOGIC x 150 (Toll Free) [email protected] www.staidlogic.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
