*Greetings from Technology Resource Group Inc......!* *Please reply to [email protected] <[email protected]>* Role : Senior Database Administrator Location : St. Louis, MO Duration : 6 Months Senior Database Administrator- DB2 (Linux, Unix, Windows) * Support DB2 LUW database - upgrade & patches, patch management, version control , and vulnerability management * Enforcing database naming/creation/deletion standards in the Test and Production environments * Environment cloning and DBMS features exploitation * Package application installation and maintenance (database portion) * Maintain backup and recovery process, including Disaster Recovery as well as manage database alerting monitoring, automation process * Ensure the 24/7 availability and performance of the databases that support our systems, including "on-call" responsibilities * Troubleshoot application database issues like performance and tuning of database * Enforce security standards and compliancy and be on-call support to production environments. * Optimize the hardware/system resources allocated to the databases for high availability & minimum downtime * Monitor databases for errors and perform problem determination when necessary Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred * Excellent interpersonal skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Demonstrated leadership skills * Knowledge of DB2 LUW Data Studio Suite * Knowledge of SQL Server DBMS, Oracle, Teradata an asset * Knowledge of Oracle eERP an asset * Knowledge of Informatica ETL asset * Fluent in AIX (UNIX) and scripting, and SQL * Knowledge of advance SQL performance an asset -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
