*Please respond with Resume & Contact details of the consultant to: [email protected] <[email protected]> ASAP* *Position: Websphere ESB Developer* *Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH* *Duration: 6+ months contract( Extendable )* *Job Title* : Websphere ESB Developer *Relevant Experience (Yrs) * : 8-10 + Years as Application Performance Management Consultant *Technical/Functional Skills * : *Must have good working knowledge of :* *Application & Performance Consultant* - Should discover, understand and document the complete application landscape in terms of business process architecture, application architecture, integration interfacing architecture, data architecture and technical architecture - Should collect the complete inventory of application components - Should collect and document the set of distributed locations in which the applications are getting accessed by business users - Should be responsible for using the APM tool (ex. OPNET App Transaction XPert, App. Response Xpert, etc.) to generate application performance reports - Should analyze the impact to the application components with respect to data center move / migration context - Should understand and document the nonfunctional requirements and SLAs defined for the applications - Should assess, analyze and review the application and database performance against the nonfunctional requirements and nonfunctional SLAs - Should correlate past and current application performance incident logs with th - Should be auditing and reviewing the application performance logs and diagnose the root cause of performance problems. - Should provide application performance improvement recommendations based on analysis - Should be able to estimate to move / migration the application and other data components across data centers - Should closely work and interact with the business, application and database \subject matter experts of customer. *Experience Required* Experience needed on the above mentioned points. *Roles & Responsibilities* : - Candidate will act as a *Application & Performance Management Consultant using Opnet/Riverbed utilities. * - Responsible for Creating scripts and configuring Opnet utilities. - Create Simulation to mimic application performance under various scenario - Execute these utilities to identify performance latency and bottlenecks - Good technical and analytical skill and ability to take initiative - Share knowledge and mentor other Consultants as needed *Generic Managerial Skills* : Should help building the team and provide best in class solution for the customer.
