*Please respond with Resume & Contact details of the consultant to: [email protected] <[email protected]> ASAP* *Direct Client Requirement * *Position: EPICOR MANAGER with EPICOR Retail Suite Experience* *Location: Irvine, CA* *Duration: 6 months + Contract to Hire( CTH)* *Visa status: GC/ Citizens ( on C2C is fine )* *POSITION DESCRIPTION* *MANAGER, ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS* *GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* Oversee all aspects of the operations of the Company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, which includes: o Point of Sale o Merchandising o CRM o Loss Prevention o Planning & Allocation Direct activities as they relate to the implementation and support for all technologies used in the support of retail store operations. Lead support operations (Help Desk) for ERP software (and its supporting infrastructure) Manage relationships with software, hardware and services vendors to ensure all systems are operating properly and ensure an optimal uptime baseline. Keep management regularly up to date with all activities and issues pertaining to the company’s ERP system. *EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:* 4+ years of experience with Epicor’s Retail Suite of applications (SaaS environment preferred). 2+ years of experience leading a Help Desk team in a multi‐unit retail environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access (preferred)) Prior project management experience is highly regarded. *OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:* Excellent balance of analytical and non‐technical communication skills. Well‐polished interpersonal skills. Strong, proven record of customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
