Find testers with telecom domain experience (having worked with telecom companies) Rate: $33-40w2 or $43-50c2c Location- Phoenix, AZ *Domain Experience**: *Telecom (Fulfillment and Assure); Contact Center (will be a big plus, even if basic knowledge of how contact center operates should be enough) *Experience in Testing Phases**: *Functional testing , System testing , Regression testing , Sanity testing , PIV - Post Implementation Validation testing *Experience in Testing Types:* Manual Testing Middleware testing (6 months), Performance testing(3months) Automated Testing (QTP / Selenium) will be a big plus *Experience in Testing Tools:* HP QC , ALM , SOAP UI Pro, HP Load runner *Experience in Testing of Software: **Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, Clarify (CRM), Met-solve, Remedy, Customized web service based applications, COTS Products, Seibel (CRM tool) - basically Testing experience on any CRM integration will do, SFDC will be a big plus * *Operating Systems*: Windows, Unix *Role and Responsibilities:* - Understanding the architecture, functionalities and requirements - Test script preparation from BRs, FRs and TRs.
