The Director of HR Systems who manages the PeopleSoft team will do face to face interviews this week or next week. This contractor will be reporting directly to The Director but will be interacting with our HR/Benefits business users. Client Relationship and Communication Skills are critical in this role. Below are the details: *Candidate must have at least 7 years of application development with PeopleSoft HCM packaged application deployment. Must have background and knowledge in HR, Base Benefits and Payroll systems and practices. Expertise with PeopleSoft v 9.1 with a strong concentration in Benefits knowledge is required.* Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload or direction from management or clients. Knowledge of all phases of software development life cycle.
