Will be responsible for managing the onshore/offshore QA resources and the creation of test materials, test cases, test scripts, test data, defect management, issue resolution and production implementation. Will play a critical role in the five major elements of a project: initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing by increase the quality of the deliverables. Will also facilitate UAT with the business customers as needed so must have excellent communication skills. Requirements: - 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience. - Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools, SSRS, and MS Data Management. - Strongly prefer experience with a full Microsoft BI implementation. - Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Quality, and Data Integration. - Ability to test ETL process. - Ability to test suspect management (Matching and merging). - Ability to test Enrichment process. - Ability to test Reporting functions and features. - Experience writing test cases based on requirement documents. - Experience writing and executing test scripts. - Experience creating and executing automated integration tests. - Experience testing customizations to packaged software implementations. - Good customer interaction skills. - Ability to work independently. - Ability to work cross functionally with an understanding of business processes. - Ability to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business. - Ability to manage offshore/onshore resources.
