Will develop different architecture. Will develop a functional library. Will establish roles within the architecture. The Portfolio and Strategic Development Group- Quality Assurance is in need of Quality Assurance Test Automation Analyst for creating automation test scripts for DFW Airport’s web based applications and repairing the existing broken test scripts for various DFW applications as needed. The test artifacts will be stored in ALM. The goal of this initiative is to provide timely QA automation support for Windows patch management requests. This will structure the QA Team to be responsive to the business and increase the QA turnaround time on regression testing assignments. Resource will be responsible for setting up automated test runs and reporting test results with error snapshots in the results. The objective is to create a well-defined automation strategy with low-maintenance automation scripts and reasonable implementation cost. *Work Details* *Scope of Activity:*[Description of the work desired] *Responsibilities* · Gather test requirements from development team and stakeholders · Create test plans · Create test strategy for creating reusable regression test suits for existing suite (varies from web, Java, .Net , Oracle Ebusiness suite, PeopleSoft, Custom applications, to Web services) · Create /update test scripts using QTP/UFT and store in ALM · Create line placement scenarios, condition sheets, test cases/data · Develop QTP/UFT test scripts and custom functions / routines using reusable components, data driven and hybrid frameworks · Create data sets for automation testing on web applications · Create and implement standard processes for test execution, result analyses and reporting from the automation tools · Develop batch files to execute automated tests overnight without any user intervention · Create reporting utility to report execution results in HTML format to report validation status (pass/fail) along with requirement id, Test Case ID · *Major Deliverables* · Test Plans · Test Cases/automated scripts · Test Datasets · Test Summary Reports Test, created in ALM · Daily status reports · Automation test scripts must be created using UFT /QTP 11 · Documentation developed as part of gathering notes for assignments and knowledge transfer · Reporting utility to report execution results · Functional Libraries *Resource Requirements:* Area of Expertise: þ Quality Assurance/Control Level of Expertise: þ Junior Level Minimum Years Working Experience: 3 Additional Desired Skills: þ HP Application Lifecycle Management þ Automation testing with QTP Thanks & Regards, Prasad Mamidela | Technical Recruiter | Cigniti Inc.
