Role is for at least 6 months - will go long term for right person... worth relocating for!! only send if candidate has true architect level experience with Websphere Commerce with following skills! : Description Of Services: Purpose of Position The IBM WebSphere Commerce B2B Architect will be a member of a B2C eCommerce / B2B eCommerce / Portal implementation team responsible for implementing WebSphere Commerce Enterprise for Business to Consumer and Business to Business (B2B) to support end consumers as well as distributers and dealers. Responsibilities include design and development of application components, both web components and backend components. Candidate is expected to participate in gathering requirements, documenting and designing WCS functionality and the related enhancements within the application. This includes support for application integration testing, integration development, data conversion and cutover activities. Required Skill • Minimum of 6 years of experience with full life cycle implementation of WebSphere Commerce Enterprise • Minimum 1 year of experience implementing secure WebSphere Commerce Enterprise solutions for B2B using customer segmentation and contract management for pricing and promotions • Minimum of 4 years of experience with design, development and testing application extensions • Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing the Extended Sites model and the different store models within the framework • Minimum of 6 years of experience in 2 or more of key subsystems in WCS (Trading, Catalog Management, Order Management, Member Management subsystem, etc.) • Minimum of 3 years of experience using Web 2.0 designs and technologies • Strong understanding of the WCS runtime framework, comfortable working with Struts, experience developing front-end components, use of WCS tag libraries, and comfortable developing WCS EJB, access and databeans • PL/SQL Nice to have Skills • Experience implementing responsive web design • Experience implementing WebSphere Commerce internationally • Experience with Management Center • Experience in implementing fulfillment logistics using WebSphere Commerce • Experience with Sales Center module • Experience with Staging/Authoring Server • Experience with payment integration and processing • AJAX design and implementation • Consulting experience • Bachelor Degree Deliverables: T&M structured engagement.
