Personal round is a must for these positions. · Bench Sales guys should have experience of handling bench sales for about 3 years. *Responsibilities:* Responsible for handling full recruitment process Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool. Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation. *Desired Profile * Should be well versed with various tax terms(W2, C2C, 1099). Should be from US recruitment background Should have worked preferably with direct clients. Should be well versed with full recruitment life cycle. Should have excellent communication skills Good interpersonal and team coordination skills Must be proactive & self-driven. Must be a quick thinker.
