*Position: Oracle Pl/SQL Developer*
*Location: NJ Duration: 12 MonthsAvailability: Immediate.*
*Required Skills/Experience:*
1. 3-5 years of solid PL/SQL backend development experience – demonstrating
excellent command of PL/SQL programming language constructs.
- Recursion - *WEB/PL/SQL*[MDI1]

- User exceptions - generalized coding ( reusable code)
2. Excellent SQL skills
- Tuning - types of statements
- Different types of Joins - Types Temp tables
- Normalizations - Distributed transaction processing (overall
concenpts)
3. Good UNIX command language and shell scripting experience.
- Cron job - Return values and error handling
- Llinking - Types of shell
4. TOAD
5. Excellent problem resolution skills/disciplines
6. Excellent ability to multi-task in a high-velocity support/development
environment.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Has worked within an environment utilizing a defined software
development methodology.
9. Excellent software testing skills/methodology.
10. Willingness to perform *all* of the following tasks concurrently:
- development (technical design through implementation) of
new/extended functionality features.
- work order support including software bug-fixes and
data-correction / process-rerun
- ongoing support, including equal participation in weekly rotation
support monitoring and correction.
11. Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp functional purpose,
technical.design, and coding styles of complex applications.
12. Self-Starter / Team Player / Service-Quality focused.
*Desired Additional Skills/Experience:*
1.Knowledge of Oracle Inventory and BOM technical design (open interface
and base table design).
2.Experience using Oracle concurrent manager to define and schedule run
batches.
3.Experience developing within the Oracle Portal framework environment.
4.Experience with JavaScript front-end web development.
5.Oracle DB and/or PL/SQL and/or SQL performance tuning
knowledge/experience.
6.Experience developing and/or supporting supply chain applications.
7.Has experience working within a service-level measured, full lifecycle
ticket management environment.
Minimum: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
