This is a very advanced set of tasks. - Needs to be able to interact with Webi and dashboard consultants in a troubleshooting and advisory role. Someone who can solve technical issues quickly (minutes not days) and allow team to concentrate on completing Webi drill down reports and dashboards. - Things to troubleshoot: BICS connectivity, security, login issues, parameter passing issues between Webi/dashboard/BEx, Webi header information for BW specific objects such as cube last update date, update system to allow BICS and universe connections, dashboard URL best practices, timeout settings, dashboard connectivity and performance analysis/parallel processing issues, dashboard bottlenecks identification and recommendations - Will help with quality control, query testing/pre-validation, adherence of delivered objects to specifications as laid out in the FDS, and aid BOBJ team with questions about BEx queries to BOBJ team.
