General experience with Data Access Experience working within a development team General Awareness of his space Best Practices Process Oriented Process to drive a top-down approach Current team has technical skill; they lack guidance/leadership skills *Skills Needed:* This position is on Data Architecture team which is responsible for data modeling, guidance to development team how to create ER diagram for OLTP and OLAP. In addition they work on Data Flow design, making sure the data model is appropriate, client is looking for someone with hands on experience with ER win or power designer. Data Modeling skills on both OLTP, OLAP Data Governance, Data Lineage and Meta data flow is a plus Develop the data architect practice is the long term goal.
