Title:               *IT Technical Support Analyst*

Location:        Berkeley Heights, NJ

Duration:        6 months



*Job Description:*



§  At least 5 years of experience in IT Technical support to the business
users. Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.

§  Experience in working with the Commercial Off-the-Shelf product (COTS)
and their support team.

§  Experience in supporting Medical Affairs team in connection with
accessing Medline database of references and abstracts on life sciences and
biomedical topics via QUOSA and other publishers like PUBMED.

§  Ability to understand network and security concepts such as ZScaler,
Single sign-on, proxy etc.

§  SharePoint, LiveLink, SQL experience is a plus.

§  Job function would require the person to collaborate with other cross
functional team member heavily in order to support the Medical Affairs
business users and resolve issues.
