Resource must have a minimum of five (5) years experience, within the past seven (7) years, in serving as an IT Analyst on complex application development project(s); and have experience a) Facilitating JAD sessions with SMEs b) Gathering requirements c) Documenting requirements d) Developing system documentation 2. Resource must have a minimum of three (3) years experience, within the past five (5) years, serving as an IT Analyst responsible for quality assurance testing, ensuring that business needs are met by complex applications; and have experience: a) Developing a requirements traceability matrix b) Writing reusable test scripts c) Generating test data d) Executing test scripts e) Documenting test results 3. Resource must have a minimum of three (3) years experience, within the past five (5) years, serving as an IT Analyst analyzing existing and future business needs; and have experience: a) Documenting existing business processes b) Identifying opportunities for business process improvements c) Working with program areas to successfully implement business process improvements 4. Resource must have a minimum of three (3) years experience, within the past five (5) years, using the following tools: a) JIRA b) Microsoft – Project, Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook c) Subversion (SVN) 5. Resource must have a minimum of three (3) years experience, within the past 5 years, providing mentorship, knowledge transfer, and training to other resources that are being developed to take over the IT Analyst activities. 6. Knowledge of industry security standards and practices in relation to Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI) 7. Experience working with the Department of Justice Firearms’ program areas and systems. 8.
