*Position: PeopleSoft HR/HCM* *phone, face to face interview will follow.* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: until Jun/2015* Day to day duties include the responsibility of performing activities related to the analysis, design, coding, testing, installation, and support of the V9.0 Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM application (HR/CMS - Human Resources/Compensation Management System) in conformity with customer, and client standards and procedures and performing related duties as required. Understanding business owner's needs, translating them into clear specifications, determining viable solutions, developing those solutions in an efficient manner, and ensuring that the solution is correct are the key responsibilities of this role. Demonstrating service excellence, a pro-active and collaborative approach to service delivery, and a strong customer focus are all mandatory for this role. Day to day duties also include supporting the V9.2 Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade project as time allows. *Qualifications: * Superior analytical and technical skills required. Experience designing solutions that clearly and efficiently address the business objectives identified. Extensive programming experience in the following technologies and languages is highly desired: PeopleTools 8.53, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, Integration Broker, Application Designer, Application Engine, Security, and Workflow. Experience developing Time and Labor Rules is highly desired. Experience with all phases of testing including unit, system integration, parallel, performance and user acceptance. Experience with performance tuning batch programs in large and complex environments. Strong experience with AIX and UNIX shell scripting highly desired. Strong experience with Rational Performance and Functional tester Java programming is highly desired. PeopleSoft upgrade experience utilizing Change Assistant/Upgrade Assistant in an Oracle/UNIX-AIX environment highly desired. Clearly and concisely communicate status of all assigned tasks to management.
