The current platform leverages Microsoft based technologies, and deep knowledge (at the architecture and code level of Microsoft .Net and server offerings is a must). In addition, it is preferable that the individual have a broad perspective on alternative solutions, including open source. The role can be categorized as a hands on Product Team Development Leader and will be responsible for architectural definition, team leadership, backlog and task management as well as hands-on development.
