This position will work on some very exciting cutting-edge new and some existing projects. Candidates with very creative and visionary approach will be best suited for this role. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Business users as well as Development to design interface behavior and brand consistency across applications. - Be the user's advocate across all design, re-design and development efforts - Re-work existing and establish new UI style guidelines and evangelize and rationalize the guidance you create. - Translate User interviews to design models - Create new UI designs for applications. - Work with development groups to evaluate existing application UIs and recommend usability improvement recommendations. Requirements: - BA/BS in fine arts, graphic arts, human factors or related field - 5+ years design on great interactive experiences - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XML experience is required. - Ability to rapidly produce multiple UX/UI concepts - A great portfolio that showcases deep interaction design skills - Expert understanding of user interface design methodologies. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing UI for web applications.
