*REMEDY/SERVICE NOW ADMINISTRATOR Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 12 Months* ****NOTE: Must Need USC or Green Card only****** *Job Description:* · BMC Remedy 7.X.X above experience · Remedy ITSM suites 5.x and above - specifically: o Problem and Change Management/Change Control (strong skill set required) o Change Analysis and policy compliance o Reporting · BMC supporting applications: o Remedy Analytics o Approval Server o Remedy Mid Tier o Remedy Dashboards · Expert knowledge of Remedy standard software development life cycles (SDLC) including: creation, enhancements, configuration, and workflow requests. · Detailed knowledge of ITIL Foundation concepts for continuous optimization of current and future tools Strong familiarity with supporting Remedy applications including: Oracle, Web Services XML, Crystal Reports and Remedy API · Ability to analyze, approve and test customized Remedy enhancement modules *SERVICENOW:* - Perform core configuration tasks - Work with User Interface (UI) policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules and client scripts - Activate plugins - Add users, groups and roles - Manage data with tables, the configuration management database (CMDB), import sets and update sets - Work with two key process applications: Knowledge Base and ServiceNow Service Catalog - Create workflow activities and approvals - Configure alerts and notifications - View upgrade history and status - Control system access and data security - Create baseline performance metrics Run reports, configure service level agreements (SLAs) and perform instance branding and customization -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
