Expert knowledge of ASP.Net, C#, and MS SQL, including expert knowledge of standards and best practices for ASP and .Net development. Experience with a major source/version control system such as TFS (preferred), SVN or CVS. Dmonstrated experience designing and developing large and complex software solutions using secure coding practices. Demonstrated ability to define user requirements and prepare complex documents including general and detail design specifications. Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, assign, and schedule work of project team members. *Preferred Qualifications* Prefer five years of experience with software analysis, design, and development and a Bachelor's degree in Information Management or Computer Science or a closely related field. Experience with MVC and/or MVVM development design patterns. Experience with web service development for .NET platforms. Experience with build scripting such as MSBuild (preferred), Ant or Maven.
