We have 2 positions to fill.* Experience with having supported a 24x7 cloud based service is required Triaging in a production environment is required Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools Ability to code and script Troubleshoot and track complex technical server side issues Develop process documentation for updates and software deployments Monitor and maintain systems infrastructure for maximum availability, minimal resource and capacity Technical support for first level for Dev, QA, Pre-Prod and Prod environments Support code deployment and code Promotion with all levels Experience with systems and IT operations Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment Hands on experience with automation tools Data base and data management skills A strong focus on business outcomes Collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders Experience with event reporting and incident management Disciplined execution and tracking skills Proficient in Linux administration Experience with any or Puppet, Jenkins, Zenoss, Splunk, and other open source tools that support cloud deployment and DevOps functions Required Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5 years of software development or operations experience Desired Experience - The candidate should be a creative, strategic thinker, with a track record of building world class Technical support for first level for Dev, QA, Pre-Prod and Prod environments Operations support for cloud based pre-production trial and production operations.
