Job Description:
My client is looking for a Solution Architect with prior Insurance Industry
experience

Responsible for creating quality software applications.
Understands and documents global, regional, and local business processes
for a specific business area (e.g., finance, supply chain).
Knowledgeable of, configures and/or develops systems to support initial
implementations and subsequent process optimization efforts.
Works with IT team members to maintain solutions and ensure systems meet
the needs of the global organization in terms of functionality and quality.
Provides support to business associates on systems use as needed.
Responsible for creating quality software applications.
Understands and documents global, regional, and local business processes
for a specific business area (e.g., finance, supply chain).
Knowledgeable of, configures and/or develops systems to support initial
implementations and subsequent process optimization efforts.
Works with IT team members to maintain solutions and ensure systems meet
the needs of the global organization in terms of functionality and quality.
Provides support to business associates on systems use as needed. Has
experience with application pre- and post-installation configuration skills.
Has experience creating automated installation for a wide variety of
applications in order to replace user interaction
Has experience with building upgrade/repair installers; writing custom
actions and install dialogs
Has knowledge on platforms such as Windows XP, Windows 2003 and Linux.
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) required in computer science,
information technology or a related discipline.

Additional Skills:
* Prior experience developing solution architectures for complex P&C
insurance companies
* Ability to facilitate sessions / discussions with technical resources
* Understanding of loss and premium calculations as well as reserving
processes
* Familiarity with claims management systems and their integration with GL
* Synthesize complex outcomes and represent them in documents
* Ability to develop presentations in PowerPoint (including solution
architectures)
* Open to travel to accommodate client needs
*Undergraduate Degree required

Preferred:
* Prior 3-4 years experience at a large consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte,

Our client is looking to add an experienced Peoplesoft integration to Asset
Management and Accounts Payable
Need to have familiarity with upgrades and customization removal
Ability to configure 9.2 workflow for notifications and escalations,
familiarity with expense receipt reconciliation and image management
integration, familiarity with PCard functionality, upgrades
and customization approval
Basic understanding of core GL processing required.
Work is primarily functional but experience with identify customization and
replacing with delivered functionality for technical work is desired.
Must have experience with the full life cycle of Project Costing 9.2
version is preferred but definitely 9.0 & 9.1 is a must- They will be
moving the customer from version 8.9 to 9.2.
Experience with an upgrade is preferred for the TE & GL modules- At least ¾
of the full life cycle experience would suffice with these models.
Recent experience with PeopleSoft upgrade is a must. Please don't submit

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

This position will play an important role in the implementation of the
NetIQ/Novell Identity Management (IAM) Solution.

Develop viable and efficient technology solutions to complex business needs
according to customer requirements.

Design, develop, enhance, and provide support for the Identity Management
Solution product suite components such as: Directory services, Workflow,
Security, Monitoring, User Portal, Role Management, Provisioning,
Compliance, SSO and eSSO.

Develop and support identity management connectors, configures iManager
roles, deployment of complex roles for applications and includes supporting
access management

Write code as needed using programming and scripting languages.

Develop detailed IDM tool specifications.

Ensure that the design, development and implementation meet the defined
architectural footprint and are within corporate and department standards.

Insure that programs and projects/systems are functionally appropriate,
technically sound and well integrated to the environment.

Develop appropriate interfaces and insure quality and efficiency through
capacity planning, performance assessment, and both integration and
regression testing.

Handle identity services incidents and requests on a daily basis as well as
planning and implementation for major upgrades, patch management, and
service capacity

Support, troubleshoot and upgrade security systems such as identity
management, vulnerability scanning and other security tools.

Work with the Security Operations and Security Services teams to assist in
day to day operations and project needs.

Generate reports and gather data to support ISO/ISA with SOX compliance
efforts and other requirements.
