*Role:                     Performance Tester Lead*

*Location:             Hartford, CT & New York*

*Duration:             6+ Months*



*Job Description*

•        Hands-on experience in HP- Load runner/Performance Center

•        For Performance Test Manager  10+ yrs  and Test Lead 5+ years of
professional experience in the Performance Testing & Performance Monitoring
and Tuning

•        Ability to gather NFR’s from various vendors to meet Performance
Test Needs

•        Planning, defining, executing, and analyzing high-level
performance testing Strategies and solutions through business, functional
and technical Expertise.

•        Excellent knowledge in end to end Performance testing process and
methodologies.

•        Good experience in performance analysis of test results and pin
pointing bottlenecks & OS level knowledge (Unix, Solaris, etc.

•        Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•        Working knowledge of Web technologies, client/server computing and
databases

•        Develop Performance Test Plan and Test Data Strategy.

•        Supervising the design and implementation of performance testing
scripts

•        Coordinating with multiple teams and execute the performance tests

•        Experience in handling various test types like Stress, Load,
Volume and Spike Test

•        Strong and assertive oral and written communication skills

•        Good time management skills; must be able to manage multiple
teams/assignments with staggered deadlines and due dates

*Role:                     SAP Performance Test Lead*

*Location:             Bay Area*

*Duration:             6+ Months*
