Resource must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience, performing the following: · Systems design, development, and implementation of Java/J2EE applications · Functional testing and test analysis 2. Resource must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience, in developing web-based Java/J2EE applications utilizing the following frameworks/technologies: · Java Server Pages · Servlets · Java Beans · Hibernate · Struts 2 framework · Java 1.6 and higher · Annotations · AJAX · LDAP 3. Resource must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience utilizing the following tools: · TOAD for Oracle · Eclipse IDE · JBoss Enterprise Application Server · Subversion (SVN) · WebServices (XML, SOAP, WSDL, etc) 4. Resource must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience, within the past 5 years, providing mentorship, knowledge transfer, code review, and training to other resources that are being developed to take over the development activities. 5.
