*Title: Business Analyst - Oracle EBS R12 Financial Reporting*

*Location: seattle, WA *

*Job Length:5 months *

*Responsibilities include: *

Analyze existing custom Projects/Grants reporting table and custom reports
that use that table.

Propose alternative solutions and collaborate with technical and functional
resources to review the alternatives.

Develop functional specifications for the new project/grants reporting
file(s) and associated reports

Work with developers to confirm development will meet business requirements

Test new/modified reports and validate against Oracle EBS data Independent
problem analysis and resolution in an advanced technical environment.

Resolve financial reporting challenges using Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS)
reporting tools including Discoverer and BI Publisher

Develop detailed requirements, use cases and specifications to implement
solutions to resolve immediate customer financial reporting challenges.

Analyze ad hoc reporting data schemas and compare against business
requirements

Identify data elements required for specific business areas and develop
data dictionary documentation useful for ad hoc Discoverer reporting users

Work with both technical and functional internal resources to assess and
determine solution options to resolve immediate financial reporting
challenges.

Provide recommendations on fit and use of Oracle EBS delivered reports
currently not in use.



*Deliverables include: *

Documented business requirements, alternatives for PA/Grants redesign,
documented functional design specifications, documented Test cases, testing
and test results documentation, Data analysis and data dictionary
documentation for specific business areas, ans weekly status reports
identifying progress, status and issues.



*In order to qualify for this position: *

Advanced skills in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with experience in
the following modules: PA/GA, PO, iExpense and Pcard, AP, AR, FA, IN, GL,
CM.

Oracle EBS reporting and public sector accounting experience

Experience with Oracle Discoverer.

Expert business analysis, communication and documentation skills.

Knowledge and experience of Oracle’s BI Publisher reporting tool is
desirable.

Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in business or related field a
plus.

Fortune 500/Global 1000 or Big 5 experience a big plus.
