Successful candidates will love exploratory testing in an agile development environment, collaborating closely with developers and other team members, be active in pushing for improvements to processes, tools and testing approaches (implementing these ideas themselves). We are looking for someone who wants to dive deep into the code as well as help deliver great experiences that exceed user expectations; someone who thinks helping the development team improve is a critical part of improving software quality. *Required Skills:* - BS in Computer Science or equivalent. - Must have some experience in java programming, JUnit, JBehave and/or Selenium Web Driver - Familiarity with HTML and basic JavaScript - Experience using SoapUI to verify web services. - Needs to fully understand the software development life cycle. - Must have a minimum of 5 years US experience in a Software Development organization. - Must have experience with test automation development (beyond record and playback). - Must possess solid SQL skills. - White-box testing experience. - Must have strong organizational skills, written and oral communication skills, and problem solving skills. *Desired Skills:* · Work and/or educational experience in an agricultural, biotechnology, or life sciences industry highly desired. · Worked in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) environments. · Experience working in Agile/scrum environment. · Experience in testing native / web applications on iOS/Android *Candidates who succeed in this fast-paced dynamic environment excel in the following competencies:* - *Functional Competency: *Demonstrates broad knowledge of functional skills.
