The role of the SharePoint Administrator is to provide the operational
support and administration for the SP configuration, usage, deployment, and
implementation of SharePoint 2013, 2010 and 2007.

This role has a unique opportunity to be responsible for all phases of the
SharePoint implementation including: installation, configuration,
maintenance, deployment, documentation, ongoing support, and security of
Enterprise wide Financial SharePoint application.

The SharePoint Administrator must be a self-starter and a solid technical
understanding of technology and support processes to ensure success of the
project and actively involved in troubleshooting of issues.

* Essential Job Responsibilities: *
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in a multi tier SharePoint farm
environment by performing the installation and configuration of the farm
and services such as Search, Excel, Performance Point, Managed Metadata,
Business Connectivity, User Profile, sql reporting, InfoPath forms and
powerpivot
• Installing and configuring SharePoint patching and upgrades as needed
• Document SharePoint configuration and manage site quotas and filesize
limits
• Provide SharePoint support to end users
• Administer and configure security for site collections and sites
• Backup and restore of the SharePoint portals, site collections, sites,
lists and libraries
• Review and monitoring usage reports
• Manages content databases and creating new ones as required

Deploys custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages
• Supports Intranet sites built on SharePoint 2013, 2010 and SharePoint
(MOSS) 2007
• Follow SDLC/change management procedures for project releases and
enhancements
• Follow the incident management for any reported SharePoint issues
• Support/troubleshoot SharePoint 2013 and several core technologies
including Windows Server 2012, SQL Server 2012
• Conceptual understanding of DNS, AD and Loadbancing are required
• Provide best practice implementation and proven records of such
implementations are a plus
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues in the applications Fix
the problems and perform enhancements to prevent future application
problems and excellent troubleshooting experience in a multi tier
environment is required
• Provide on-call support for critical SharePoint related issues
• Ability to work efficiently and productively with minimal direction or
guidance
• Work closely with multiple teams to ensure the success of the project and
operational support duties and responsibilities
• Knowledge of 3rd party tools for migrations, reporting and performance
are plus
• Knowledge of ADFS, siteminder and Cloud technologies are plus
• Mandatory skills such as
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work efficiently and productively with minimal direction or
guidance
• Capable of exercising independent judgment
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with a high level of
confidence
• Advanced MS Office skills

*Required Qualifications:*
*Education:*
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Information Technology or equivalent education in a related discipline is
required.

*Job Related Experience:*
• 6+ years in SharePoint (multiple versions)
• 3+ years as a level 1 and level 2 support,
• 3+ years as a level 3 support,
• 6+ years of Windows and IIS administration

*Software knowledge:*

• Microsoft SharePoint Server (2007, 2010, 2013)
• Microsoft SQL Server (2008, 2012)
• Windows Server Administration (2003/2008/2012) IIS Active Directory
• VB.NET <http://vb.net/>, C#, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX

*Role: SAP Reporting developer*

*Location : Mid Town, NYC, NY*

*Duration :  Full time*

*Visa requires: USC’s and GC’s*



  *Description*

SAP Reporting Developer is responsible for the successful delivery of both
the functional and technical components of SAP Business Intelligence (BI
7.0 or higher), EPM/BPC (10.0) & BOBJ Reporting Solutions in SAP BW HANA
environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

   - Design and develop BW queries using BEx Analyzer
   - Design and develop BI Reports using Business Objects reporting
   Tools(Analysis & Dashboards)
   - Design and develop BPC Reports using the EPM Excel Add-in
   - Comprehensive front-end BEx reporting (query, workbook design, and BI
   broadcast)
   - Responsible for immediate BW production issues
   - Ability to work with a diverse and integrated team consisting of
   application developers, technical business users and business analysts
   - Work with business owners to define and analyze reporting and analytic
   requirement.

*Skills & Educational Requirements:*

   - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent is required
   - 5 to 7 years of hands-on relevant SAP BI data warehouse projects
   experience required
   - Experience working on the SAP EPM/BPC on Netweaver platform is required
   - Knowledge of the SAP R/3 FI/CO modules is preferred
   - Strong  VBA experience & excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel
   functions
   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
   - Should be experienced in functional and technical documentation
   - Utilize multiple BI reporting packages (ex: Query Analyzer, MS Excel)
   to develop reports based on defined technical specs to allow users to
   analyze and manage data analytics
   - Perform data mining and quantitative analysis
   - Develop reports and dashboards that provide drill down / interactive
   capabilities
   - Hands-on BPC Planning design and configuration (reports, & input
   schedules) is highly desired
   - Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and organizational
   skills; attention to detail; and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set
   priorities, and meet deadlines.
   - Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships
   with internal clients, and a successful track record of collaboration
   toward achieving objectives expected.
   - Exhibit collaboration and teamwork skills. Adherence to IT/SAP project
   methodologies, and change control processes
