looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a large software client in the
Houston, Texas area. This person will join the SalesForce Automation for a
large scale ServiceCloud implementation. During the planning phase, the BSA
will closely with the architects for the integration and migration phase
from legacy mainframe systems to a ServiceCloud solution as related to
Customer Support. They will manage and facilitate meetings with the
business teams to review existing business processes, use cases,
requirements and solutions for needed scenarios. They will provide and
coordinate team estimates for design phase and facilitate daily BSA calls
to keep the team updated and communicating on what aspects impact each
other's work streams for changes. They will also report the daily status of
the team, author multiple functional design specifications for SalesForce
design, and perform conversions and master data integrations. This person
will also utilize existing custom objects and create additional custom
objects and applications for business solution needs. The BSA will be
providing all of the information to support developers needs during the
build phase, and will author and design the migration of data for accounts,
sites, projects, special conditions, contacts, and users/profiles. They
will also add tasks and refine build schedules for mocks and conversions as
needed. They will analyze data for ETL and data transformation migration
needs, process and facilitate request changes to the design from business,
and work closely with master data to design, document and implement system
integrations. These BSA need to be proficient with all phases of SalesForce
through to customer support and have solid knowledge of the KCS model and
case management to qualify.
