* 2+ experience with ETL (Informatica) Processes.
* Administration and troubleshooting of Java Application Servers, Process
Server, IBM Websphere Application Server, IBM Websphere Portal Server and
Websphere Message Broker.
* Experience promoting best practices for service based architecture and
implementation.
* Experience performing functional testing of web applications to ensure
usability.
* Ability to communicate technical information to various levels in the
organization, such nontechnical business audiences, systems architects and
senior leaders
* Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and as a member of a
team

· Core Java (1.6+); multi-threading, concurrency, annotations,
collections, etc.
· Hands on experience developing in Java, open source frameworks
such as JSF/Rich Faces/ MyFaces/Tomahawk/ Spring/ Hibernate, Jasper.
· Web services (SOAP/REST)
· Relational databases and SQL (DB2 is a must).
· Application servers such as WebSphere, Tomcat.
