The SharePoint Developer would partner with the IT management/project
manager to analyze, design, expand and promote SharePoint to augment and
enhance client’s business processes. Provide overall technical leadership
in developing, maintaining and supporting of SharePoint solutions. Build
and lead Client SharePoint technical team by providing a forum for
communicating and sharing best practices, guidelines, processes, etc.
Duties also include some SharePoint administration functions,
trouble-shooting SharePoint related issues, working with external
consultants, and working with third-party software vendor products and
solutions.


* Responsibilities*

·         Provide recommendation and guidance on best SharePoint-based
solution to fulfill business needs/requirements

·         Assist and contribute to our SharePoint 2013 upgrade project

·         Provide guidance and support to InfoPath form based solutions in
SharePoint

·         Provide SharePoint technical mentorship and function as a
resource to the resolution of SharePoint support issues

·         Develop and maintain SDLC methodologies and artifacts related to
SharePoint solutions.


* Technical Skills: *

·         Ability to understand and analyze current business processes and
suggest/develop improved processes and methods

·         Ability to translate business requirements into technical
requirements

·         Ability to research, analyze, recommend, and manage installation
of purchased application software products.

·         Requires a strong working knowledge of SharePoint solutions (such
as InfoPath form development), custom web parts, custom/built-in workflows,
site templates, site creation, site provisioning, content types, custom
themes, layouts, and document libraries etc.

·         Requires a strong working knowledge of SharePoint 2010 and
SharePoint 2013 versions

·         Requires a thorough understanding of SharePoint security ecosystem

·         Proficient skills in HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript

·         Requires working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including
SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio 2008 or newer versions, ASP.NET, C# and
Visual Basic

·         Requires familiarity with relational databases, client-server
concepts, and a good working knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008 R2 or newer
versions
