Following is the requirement for a *Level 1 support* engineer who will be performing the following activities for the Client's new *datacenter.* They should have systems working experience and good experience in *Citrix and VMWare* technologies and their virtualized functions. *Title: Level 1 (Jr.) Support (Citrix and VMWare)* *Location: Philadelphia, PA* *Duration: More than an year* *Visa: Any work permit visas (Authorized to work in USA)* *Positions: 8 Positions* *Main tasks will be :* Monitoring (alarms, incidents, health checks, outage management and escalation) Service impact prevention Trends and reports (Stats, reports, KPI’s tracking) Periodical maintenance management Assets records and mapping Proactive S/W distribution Provisioning of enterprise service requests (Claud assets and services) Capacity monitoring and analysis L1/L1.5 knowledge management (E.g.
