*EAD, GC or Citizen* *Position: BO Development Analyst & Administrator * *Location*: Richardson, TX (Dallas Suburb) *Duration*: 6 months originally, extension following up to 24 months *Experience*: 7+ years *Interview*: IN-PERSON REQUIRED (PLEASE SEND LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) *Key Duties:* - Formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of business intelligence & BusinessObjects. This includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications - Perform analysis of underlying data source/schema and make recommendations to enhance solution performance - Ability to provide BusinessObjects admin support - Work with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; participate in formulating and defining system solutions and objectives, based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business processes - Elicit system requirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders (on projects of high complexity) - Translate and document each requirement type in the appropriate manner for business approval and technology consumption; manage changes to such specifications through the project life-cycle - Provide traceability across the project life-cycle, tracking requirements status, managing changes to requirements and versions of requirement specifications, and tracing individual requirements to other project phases and work products *Required Skills & Experience:* - Extensive experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives. - Previous experience with BusinessObjects 6.5 (Client), BusinessObjects XI Web Intelligence, and BusinessObjects Data Services - Experience with multiple full lifecycle process with strong understanding of how each phase fits into the overall lifecycle. - Knowledge of the facilitation process and leadership skills; ability to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements. - Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work with various levels of business and technology partners - Experience in leading application release, type projects - Strong software development fundamentals, knowledge of design, and enterprise integration - Proven experience and thorough understanding of client server technologies, business concepts, security issues, and networking standards - Experienced working with other architects to formulate strategies for identifying and document system to system interfaces - Ability to collaborate in business process analysis and technical requirements documentation - Create and manage systems documentations and design artifacts, including class diagrams, sequence diagrams, use case models, collaboration diagrams -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
