Addition and expansion of DASD volumes, configuration and maintenance of Flashcopy SE in support of full volume backups and DB2 cloning. - System Managed Storage (SMS) configuration, customization and implementation. - CICS Transaction Server configuration customization, maintenance, performance monitoring/tuning and troubleshooting for 41 on-line CICS regions. - Software installation, configuration and maintenance for all mainframe based program products (DB2, DB2 Cloning Tool, FDR, CA1/TMS, CA-Sysview, CA-JclCheck, BMC Mainview for DB2, Roscoe, LRS/VPS (Xerox printing and PageCenterX interfaces), etc.).
