Utilize your successful history of developing customer databases, one-to-one, cluster or customer relationship management campaign strategies, and experience with relational databases, data manipulation, data conversion and query generation to develop and test campaign segmentation strategies and targeting criteria in addition to developing and documenting campaign KPI’s. *A. Responsibilities:* · Work with business users to clarify requirements and provide user with solutions · Understand consumer behavior and purchase data · Design and develop database; compile, cleanse, and meld data from multiple legacy systems and flat files into single repository containing data for more than 7 million unique customer records · Manage customer data across multiple internal touch points, with proper hygiene, cross-system synchronization, score carding, privacy compliance and PII data security practices · Understand the regulatory environment surrounding customer data usage and data privacy · Develop, maintain and distribute automated marketing reporting dashboards as well as general marketing intelligence and ad-hoc queries · Understand statistical methods to segment customers and apply criteria to create different marketable groups · Carry out advanced customer profile and segment analysis · Demonstrate strong understanding of share of wallet and customer lifetime value analysis · Critical thinking – plan, analyze, build, test and deploy the rollout of the database, including: data mapping, object modeling, security, roles, profiles, customer fields, workflows, page layout design, validation logic, and reports/dashboards *B. Deliverables* · Design and develop customer level analytics to gain a better understanding of our customers and their shopping behaviors, including impact of current contact strategies. · Report development scope includes: · campaign measurement · campaign targeted list selection, · integration of 3rd party enhancement data (zip code level insights) · customer preference database integration *C*. *Technical Skill Sets* · 5 years demonstrated experience developing database, direct, one-to-one or customer relationship management strategies along with experience in working with relational databases, data manipulation, data conversion and query generation · Extensive experience with campaign management software (IBM Campaign, Teradata Campaign Management, SAS Campaign Management or equivalent) · Strong technical and marketing skills, a robust background in campaign management and CRM · Strong experience working on large-scale enterprise-level analytic data warehouses and data-marts · Thorough understanding of customer lifecycles and marketing programs aimed at customer retention and ecommerce revenue generation. · Ability to work independently, determine priorities and meet critical deadlines · Superior analytical experience using SQL Minimum 5 years’ experience with the following Business Intelligence suite of tools: - SQL Server 2008 - Integration Services (SSIS) - Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS) - Reporting Services (SSRS) - Analysis Services (SSAS) - T-SQL - SharePoint 2007 - Content Management - Collaboration - Business Intelligence (e.g., integrating dashboards, Excel Services) - Office 2010 - Excel 2007 data connections to OLAP cubes and building pivot tables Thanks & Regards, Prasad Mamidela | Technical Recruiter | Cigniti Inc.
