Investment banking experience is desired/preferred. • UNIX: write scripts (UNIX Shell scripting); basic commands; understand pre- built scripts • Oracle: select queries, statements; joins;* This position is part of Dell Services to work for a Premier BFSI Customer (Investment Bank) in a very challenging environment, which would provide an opportunity for the best candidate to excel with right skills and attitude. 2) Primary responsibilities : This position is for a Release management ( Services ) Team. The purpose of the Services associate is to primarily manage and drive release management activities, continuous service improvement (CIP) and provide technical support solutions to the project. It is crucial that the candidate has expert understanding of the production environment where the applications run, the technologies utilised and also be able to understand the application workflows. The candidate must be flexible in terms of working practices as the role requires evening, weekend and bank holiday work. Requirements : The candidate should possess the following qualities and abilities :- L2 production support Analyst- hands on exp on Unix or SQL (what skills within?).
