The role will involve acting as a lead for all testing activities within Dotcom. *MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* · Strong experience with Test Automation skills (using Selenium Webdriver) · Strong Device Testing experience, technical and front end · Experience working with Jira · Experience within a retail environment · Agile development experience a must · Experience in implementing and tracking testing KPI’s and metrics · Experience in documentation and summarizing of test results and report findings SKILLS/EXPERIENCE · Experience in working and interacting with Product owners · Prior experience in working TDD (Test Driven Development) and/or ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) · Participate in coming up with acceptance criteria for user story RESPONSIBILITIES · Automate Test scripts using Selenium Webdriver. · Test Functionality on Devices and Multiple browsers. · Efficiently log and track Defects in JIRA. · Attend Sprint Planning meetings and other related Agile testing activities. · Creates Dashboard reports to present to stake holders. · Develop and provide testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard. · Help document and track key project milestones and overall project deliverables. · Interact with multiple teams for integration testing and for test data needs. · Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions.
