*Role: *PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead *Location: *Washington, DC
*Duration: *6+ Months *JOB DESCRIPTION:* Client Currently Upgrading PeopleSoft HCM from version 9.1 to 9.2 and PeopleTools from 8.53 to 8.54. The HCM functional expert staffing this engagement will be responsible primarily for supporting the upgrade effort but will also be called upon to perform some production support tasks for users of the current version. The successful candidate will have five or more years of experience working with PeopleSoft core HCM applications and processes, including Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor and Payroll. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 with PeopleTools 8.54 and Fluid UI is preferred. This engagement requires experience as a team lead in a functional role for at least one PeopleSoft HCM upgrade with responsibilities including fit/gap analysis, application configuration, documentation, report specification and customer support.
