*Role: Android Developer* *Location: Seattle, WA* *Duration: 24 Months * *Responsibilities:* - Driving project/service delivery. - Performing as technical lead on software development projects with responsibility for overall delivery of software components. - Collaborating with other platforms tech leads to ensure integrated end-to-end design - Documenting design decisions and ensuring adherences - Enforcing existing process guidelines - Mentoring junior developers - Supporting QA during testing, and oversight during implementation into production. - Conducting design & code reviews - Tracking developers bandwidth to assist in resource allocation. - Supporting PM in technical tasks & delivery schedule development - Reviewing system test scenarios & test cases. - Monitoring operating efficiency of existing application systems. - Providing oversight to Vendor s technical design and code delivery. *Basic Qualifications:* 5+ years Object Oriented software development experience 3+ years of experience developing, designing, and implementing enterprise Android native applications Real world Android development using Android Tools Experience with Continuous integration using Xcode services and Git repositories Experience creating and configuring bots in Xcode server Experience unit testing with Xcode Proven track record of delivering quality, mission critical, enterprise systems Experience with client-service communication protocols (JSON, REST, XML). Experience with recognized industry patterns, methodologies, and techniques Experience building complex iPhone Apps that have been successfully delivered to customers Real world experience with native mobile application store deployment Strong communication and organizational skills *Preferred Qualifications:* Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar degree Experience with advanced performance and caching techniques Strong working knowledge of OO design and common design patterns Experience defining, developing and maintaining web services and applications that consume them (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) Experience with hybrid web application techniques Experience developing highly secure transactional applications Experience in the financial industry.
