Communication is key though. In terms of the project itself, the client is undergoing a large scale migration from Lotus Notes to Office365. Our client, a leading Technology Solutions provider, is in need of a Sr. Microsoft Office365 Engineer for an initial 6 month contract opportunity located in Marysville, OH. This Engineer will be responsible for supporting a large scale Microsoft Lync deployment serving as the primary North American technical lead on Office 365 technology. Position Responsibilities: - Serve as technical lead for a large scale Office 365 deployment. - Work with Lotus Domino Engineers on migration strategies from regional Lotus Domino Environment. - Development of PowerShell Scripts for provisioning, user and license management within Office365 environment. Required Skills: - At least five years of experience working in a large scale Lync and Lync Online running on a hybrid environment. - Strong technical experience with Active Directory, DirSync and ADFS. - Strong understanding of Coexistence tool configuration from Dell or Binary tree. - Experience in creation of PowerShell Scripts to support automation of support processes to add / delete / update environment in a large scale Office365 deployment.
