*Location : **Richmond, VA * *Duration : **6 Months plus* *Description:* To be capable of independently preparing low-level design, development, unit/system testing of ones work, deployment to higher environments and supporting ones work during the independent testing phases and go-live (1) Co-ordination with On-Site or offshore Team lead and attending customer calls (2) Elaborate design on integrations identified in the architecture or end-to-end business process or in the High level design, develop, test and support once work with minimal guidance (3) To ensure process improvement and compliance by participating in technical design, code and testing review discussion and to review development artifacts (4) Raising risks/issues and escalation to project manager and Team leads appropriately and at the right time (5) To perform Value creation and KM activities *Skills Required:* Total IT experience 8+ yrs. Relevant experience in WMB/IIB 3+ yrs. with the most recent project experience of at least 6 months in WMB/IIB Solid, proven WMB/IIB, WMQ administration & development skills and should feel comfortable working in a team as well as individually • Able to design, develop, implement and debug WMB message flows, esql code and message formats. • Understanding of message modeling in Message Broker for non-XML XML, and canonical formats. • Understanding of message mapping and application of transformation rules between different formats in WebSphere message broker. • Prepare test scenarios and conduct system tests. • Ensure test accuracy and completeness for a problem free-implementation. Knowledge of SOA and Integration design patterns, WSDL, WS*, XML, XPath, etc Experience through complete software development lifecycle (SDLC). Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation and production system support. Strong communication skills are required as position will interact with business owners. Provide guidance and coach junior developers on their development work.
