Leadership skills* · *Ability to work independently. * · *Candidate will work with Firm Central on a team of 7 members. * · *Candidate should be comfortable in a collaborative, Agile environment and will work with developers and other testers. * · *Ideally, we’re looking for someone with a ‘big picture’ view. * · *A candidate that is very technical is a MUST! (Being able to solve technical problems with technical solutions.) * · *Must be able to describe how they themselves resolved issues/problems. * · *A quality mind-set or the capability is also highly preferred. * · *Excellent communication skills are essentially to this role both written and verbal. * · *Experience with large scale projects.* Candidate is expected to be self-directed with the ability to identify appropriate implementation solutions and complete test implementation with minimal guidance. Agile experience and strong communication skills (verbal and written) are a plus. *Primary Responsibilities* • Responsible for testing of enterprise application projects • Develop and execute manual and automated tests in different platforms using C# and the WebDriver library • Partner with software development staff to resolve application bugs and test upcoming application releases. • Actively participate in Iteration Planning, Stand-ups, and Team Retrospectives • Develop software-testing artifacts within an agile process • Develop and actively participate in build test automation using C# and/or other technologies • Create and manage software quality assessments; including anticipating project needs and implication of project decisions on quality • Proactively work to identify, clarify, and resolve issues; remove barriers within and outside the organization in a timely manner • Proactively share knowledge on best practices for testing software and act as a consultant across all the software development and testing groups *Minimum Qualifications* • A four-year degree in Computer Science or other related field • 6+ years of software testing and/or software development experience • 3+ years of C# programming experience, including the Visual Studio IDE. • 3+ year experience automating tests using WebDriver. • Software testing and/or software development experience working with enterprise applications developed using various technologies (REST, Endpoint Dev/Testing, JavaScript, etc.) • Knowledge and/or experience with the software tools and techniques used in automated testing • Experience with large-scale projects including intra-departmental communication and collaboration • Collaborative leadership style and a strong commitment to continuous improvement ----------------------- Thanks&Regards, Praveeth.chava, Accounts Manager Ph: 248-473-0720 EXT 163 Email: [email protected] Gtalk: *[email protected] <[email protected]>* Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
