*Project Scope:*

Sapients client is based on AEM but has performance issues so Sapient is
helping in re-designing this site using AEM v.6.1. This new design will
make sure that they do not have performance issues, Sapient will first be
developing home page and then moving to next set of pages This will be
scrum based project and each scrum will be of 2 weeks.

We will have small stories here which will be developed and tested within
that 2 week and then move to next sprint



*Responsibility: *

The AEM developers will be responsible for coding the AEM for this project



*Document Management Specialist*

Information/Records Assistant.  The Information Resource Center is looking
for someone to assist with creating macro enabled Word templates, for use
in a Document management system.



*Essential Job Functions:               *

Review word and excel documents created by various departments. Design
Templates with or without macros to support consistent style and format
across all Business functions. Work to load these templates within document
management system with defined meta data tags.



*Requirements:                 *

Review current reports, memos and policies for format and style.

Work with Corporate Communications for proper use of company logos and text
styles.

Build Templates that can be used for departments based on their business
needs.

Determine if Macros are needed within the templates, design appropriate
macros and enable them within the templates.

Work with different Document systems to load the macros, and to create a
document management form that will embed appropriate metadata, and other
information that will make document to records management seamless.

Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.

Understand taxonomies and facets, and their role in improving search
retrieval precision.



*Qualifications:*

Advanced Degree

Excellent Word skills and thorough understanding of the Microsoft office
suite.

SharePoint design and management skills

Experience with an Enterprise Content Management System/Records Management
System; proficient with Open Text Livelink.

Knowledge of a variety of different document types and formats, including
Engineering reports and legal documents.

Strong Graphic styles, the ability to create word documents that are
polished and easy to read, attention to type faces and spacing.

Ability to successfully prioritize work on multiple tasks.

Good organizational skills with an attention to detail.

Ability to work with limited supervision.

Ability to use sound judgment.

Ability to establish effective relationships with team members.

Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Ability to work in an engineering/utilities, highly regulated environment.

Effective written and oral communication skills.
