The skill set needed is as follows: The duties of this resource are to translate already defined business requirements to the EM / TM technology integrations. Must have EM and TM experience and with integrations. This resource must provide to the client proper guidance and recommendations on how to complete the integrations in order to meet the business requirements. With the level of client interactions expected from this resource, this resource must possess a heightened level of communication skills and must be able to adequately articulate points of view to challenge the status quo and to support them with facts and experience. Although this person is more functional in nature with a 75 / 25 split on Functional / Technical knowledge, the individual must also know the coding side, as well. Experience required in EM version 9.0 SP9 and TM version 9.2 and 9.3.
