*Title                     : Oracle CRM Consultant*

*Location            :  Southborough, MA*

*Duration           :  6+Months*



*Description:*

·         Provide Leadership support and SME guidance on projects in the
areas of Service Contracts, Install Base, RQF (EMC Oracle 11i) and SAP.

·         Provide proactive consultative support to the Senior business
leaders in the areas of Renewals, Tech Refresh, Service Contracts and
Install base

·         Working closely with Business and IT cross functional teams,
identify change opportunities in both IT and business process areas

·         Provide individual contribution on projects, continued
improvements and production support

·         Partnering with the Global Services Install Base and Contracts
leadership, ensure initiatives, projects and related activities have
business readiness activities are developed and implemented to ensure
success criteria are met (quantifiable, measureable benefits)

·         Identify critical change areas using best practice consulting
tools (research, etc) and methodologies (six sigma, ROI, etc).

·         Plan, prepare, develop and deliver full business cases and
detailed business requirement documents for projects and changes including:

·         Business benefit analysis

·         As-Is and To-Be process flows

·         Gap analysis

·         Approaches and estimation

·         Prepare cost estimates and tracking and status updates for
projects and other IT changes.

·         Accountability includes both project and change implementation
for Global services areas of Install base and Contracts.

·         Identify, implement and measure the business benefits/KPIs, etc.
to ensure projected business benefits are measured.

·         Review and approve test planning and test scripts in support of
projects, programs and related support activity



*Qualifications *

·         4+ Experience with technical Customer Services business services
in support of external customers

·         3+ years of current hands-on Oracle CRM experience required

·         Experience with Oracle 11i Install Base and Contracts Application

·         Direct development experiences working on team and
interdepartmental projects for 3+ months and longer

·         Experience, knowledge, and understanding of the technical
Customer Support business and supporting processes., e.g. service requests,
CRM, logistics, etc

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills to teammates,
management, collaborating teams and internal business partners

·         Has experience in providing consulting with senior business
contacts in any format or venue

·         Has led proactive consultative engagement and inquisitive Q and A
sessions with customers to determine issues(s) and root cause of issue
(RCA), and developing solutions

·         Has led proactive consultative engagement, face to face and face
to team, with internal business partners to determine issues and concerns
and then present issues/concerns to team and management for inputs on
resolution, plan of act (POA) and recommended solutions or escalation

·         Collaborative, friendly, and social team player who engages
teammates to resolve problems and determine best course of action(s) to
take for customers

·         Must like and participate in working and communication with
teammates and business partners outside the team

·         Attend meetings and represent our team and missions to internal
business partners and proactively engage as needed to insure continuity and
messaging

·         Abilities and willingness to communicate and present to Senior
Management on issues, task, development, tasks, implementation and support
topics
