•      Preferred 5+ years of experience in QA area.

•      Preferred 2+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 or above.

•      Have at least little knowledge with PeopleSoft Application Tools
like; Application Designer, People Code, Process Scheduler, PIA, SQR, and
Query Manager.

•      Good or proficient in writing SQL queries.

•      Familiar with UNIX commands.

•      Nice to have prior experience working with HP Quality Center or ALM.

•      Willing to go extra mile to meet the project deadlines.

•      Prior experience with any test automation tools is a plus. CISSP,
CIPP, CISM, CISA or ISO 27001

•      PeopleSoft 9.1 or 9.2 experience preferred



*DELIVERABLES: (Summary of high-level tasks for this engagement)*

•      Manage the testing team and provide guidance, leadership and
mentoring to team members at onsite and offshore.

•      Develop the testing strategy, test plan, resource requirements, and
project schedule for the testing effort.

•      Identify opportunities to minimize project risks and escalate as
appropriate.

•      Maintains and promotes a comprehensive understanding of enterprise
testing policy and best practices.

•      Tracks and reports test status and quality metrics to project,
support, functional, and leadership teams.

•      Ensures test activities have been completed according to plan,
solutions meet the business requirements, function as designed, and are
free of defects.

•      Builds out and maintains a repository of reusable test assets for a
functional area, including regression test suites, to streamline and
facilitate testing efforts.

•      Participates and provides feedback in requirements and use case
reviews, code walk-throughs, internal design reviews, and checkpoints to
ensure quality in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

•      Generate monthly and quarterly testing metrics. Communicate and
deliver metrics to the project teams and management. Continuously evolve
metric reporting that provides measurable and actionable metrics.

•      Leading the testing activities related to the PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2
upgrade.
