Responsibilities include 3rd level support and trouble shooting of issues that occur as part of the implementation. Must be a proactive problem solver that can take an issue and work independently to resolution *REQUIREMENTS:* - Enthusiastic mind set, works in group as well independent is well spoken (and surely not afraid to speak up!) and able to operate in different roles during the Lotus Notes/Domino 9 project itself such as: participate in QA testing, upgrade servers, work on training materials, etc. - Experience as a participant in major Lotus Notes / Domino upgrade projects - Knows and understand differences and features of Lotus Notes / Domino version 9 vs older versions - Upgrade to version 9.x (IBM's current release level) of Notes and Domino - Any Linux experience is a PLUS, not a requirement - Ability to assist with Linux to Microsoft windows server migration following documented process. - Research and resolve many compatibility issues with Microsoft Outlook calendaring (used by Firm's clients). - Improve Webmail functionality with newer browser versions. - Enable single-sign on to sign into your workstation and have it automatically log you into Notes upon launch, thereby removing or reducing the need for a separate Notes password and changing it every 60 days. - Use a local mail cache file (aka managed replica) will allow for faster handling of new, reply and forwarding of Email messages (especially with large attachments).
