Job Description:

·         Opening in New York City, NY for Project Management/PMO for
MSWM Banking Check Deposit Process.

·         The candidate should have Project Management/PMO and
Business Analysis skills in banking and financial industry.

·         Banking and financial experience is mandatory for this
position. Should have excellent knowledge in Banking Check Deposit
Process and financials, with a global platform for tracking check
deposit information.

·         This is coordination and management role in a nutshell

·         Should be able to manage projects involving multiple parties.

·         During the initial phase of the project the candidate should
be able to perform Business Analyst role and be able to work with the
IT and Business teams.

·         The Banking Check Deposit Process is part of the Private
Banking group and provides the Finance business with a global platform
for tracking check deposit information.



Duties & Responsibilities:



·         Activities include:

·         Conduct Meetings with business and IT

·         Conduct meetings with key Stakeholders

·         Prepare and publish status reports

·         Prepare Business Requirement document/ Functional requirement document



Skill, Experience & General information Required:



·         Basic Technical Requirements

·         Strong Project Management skills

·         Should have played the role of Business Analyst in the past

·         Should be able to facilitate and conduct meetings

·         Prepare Business Requirement documents/ Functional
requirement documents

·         Act as liaison between IT and Business teams

·         Prepare and publish Status Reports

·         Create and maintain Project Plans

·         Identify project risks and bring it up with stakeholder

·         Good understanding of Project Management tools



Desirable Skills

·         Exposure to the banking industry- Mandatory

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills Mandatory.
