Workday Integration Developer Indianapolis, IN 6 month contract Interview – 1 phone/1 skype Required Skills - Minimum 5 years of experience working in HR (Workday/PeopleSoft) business systems. - Minimum 2 years of Workday custom integration tools experience (Cloud Connect, EIB, Document Transformation, Workday Studio). - Proven verbal and written communication skills. - Working knowledge of XSLT. - Working knowledge of object-oriented concepts and development, especially Java and Eclipse IDE. Client is looking for a Workday integration developer to participate in the company’s transition to the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role will be responsible for the design, development and testing of multiple integrations from Workday to other systems, utilizing Workday tools such as EIB and Workday Studio. This is currently expected to be a six-month engagement. *Responsibilities:* - Participate with project team in designing, implementing and testing integrations between Simon’s Workday system (HCM only) and third party systems (Benefits, Banking, other internal systems, etc.) - Create specifications, system designs and other documentation as required by the SDLC. - Implement integrations by using Workday integration tools or by providing web services for external applications to retrieve data. - Define and execute test plans for developed integrations. - Troubleshoot and correct issues discovered during testing. - Monitor task progress and communicate status against a project plan. *Requirements:* - Minimum 5 years of experience working in HR business systems. - Minimum 2 years of Workday custom integration tools experience (Cloud Connect, EIB, Document Transformation, Workday Studio). - Proven verbal and written communication skills. - Working knowledge of XSLT. - Working knowledge of object-oriented concepts and development, especially Java and Eclipse IDE.
