Project Management duties include: · Overall program management for remediation work stream(s) o Likely alignment to execution of *multiple* sections/work streams within remediation initiative · Review and Understanding of proposed remediation Compliance Plan · Engage with work stream SME’s to level-set on direction, timing, technology impacts, and transition to testing/monitoring o SME’s include, not limited to: Business, Technology, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk · Evaluate current SOP’s, controls, process maps and help drive Gap Analysis against Compliance Plan remediation efforts · End to end accountability for work stream deliverables and run the business readiness · Communicates back across business leaders / cross work stream stakeholders/ initiative PMs · Business stakeholder proxy – shape requirements & prioritization · Support the initiative team by maintaining and developing project collateral (i.e. meeting minutes, project plans, project status reports, issues log, and project repository of information) · Document meeting outcomes and track deliverables. · Track open issues/questions and appropriately escalate issues where needed. · Lead sub-work stream meetings and routines, building consensus among work stream members and gaining approvals as needed. · Assist in development of product documentation for regulatory approvals of new products. • Work with business owners to help develop concepts from ideas and translate to user stories and business requirements. *Prerequisite Knowledge & Proficiencies* · Subject matter expertise in function · Proven ability to understand complex business processes. · Ability to learn quickly and understand a broad number of business disciplines (Analytics, Operations, Tax, Finance, Accounting, Regulatory, Technology) · Knows how to ask the right questions and connect the dots. · Well- developed sense of urgency and follow-through, as well as commitment to individual and group deadlines. · Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. · Able to effectively communicate in small or large groups. · Excellent skills in simplifying and presenting complex information via flow charts, diagrams and PowerPoint presentations. · Rapidly and effectively adapt to highly dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-driven work environment · Expected to be a self-directed and results-focused. *Experience* · 5+ years professional work experience leading projects or initiatives that involve cross-functional teams. · Experience in financial services, corporate, or investment banking industry preferred. · Consulting experience is helpful. -- With Warm Regards Chava *Phone*:Direct: *512-298-3758*, 713-234-5905 * 101 *Email*: [email protected] *Gtalk*: [email protected] *Linkedin*: in.linkedin.com/pub/chava-anutharang/97/8b8/675/ - -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
