Oracle Developer Location: West Palm Beach, FL *Estimated Duration:* 6 months with possible extension. *Cognos* experience - a must. *Responsibilities* include but are not limited to the following: · Responsible for the development and integration of new or existing applications into the technical infrastructure and existing business processes; · Perform as an expert in applications development; · Make well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous application development issues; · Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency; · Resolve complex issues at the highest technical level regarding operations in a 24X7 hour shop. · *Requirements:* · Experience as an Oracle Developer; · Experience with PL/SQL; · Experience with Cognos: Framework manager, Analysis Studio, Report Studio and Power play (3-4 years); · Experience creating enterprise solutions to risk management challenges; · Experience with Risk Marking Systems and concepts (Market-to-Market and VaR concepts); · Experience with Oracle SQL: DML, DDL, and Query (preferred); · Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Reports (preferred).
